Receta Egg Salad BLT
Looking for a way to use up all those eggs you dyed? This is the perfect recipe, using two family favorite sandwiches. . . . . egg salad and a BLT.
Ingredientes
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dill pickle chopped (2 tablespoons)
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 4 slices of bread, toasted
- 4 slices tomato
- lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Spread the egg salad evenly to make two sandwiches, top with bacon, tomato and lettuce. Makes 2 sandwiches.
