Receta Egg Salad Mold

Ingredientes
- 2 Packages Knox gelatin
- 1 c. water
- 14 hard boiled Large eggs
- 1 quart. mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
- 1/2 c. minced green onions, including tops
Direcciones
- Dissolve gelatin in water. Dice Large eggs and add in to the mayo, gelatin, salt, pepper; mix well. Add in remaining ingredients. Stir and pour into a greased mold. Chill 1 hour or possibly longer. Serves 15 to 20.
