Ingredientes
- 2 c. Shredded white cabbage
- 1 c. Shredded red cabbage
- 1 c. Julienned red onion
- 2/3 c. Homemade mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Creole mustard
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste pepper
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Let the slaw refrigeratefor 1 hour before serving.
- This recipe yields 3 c. of slaw.
