Receta English Lemon Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Unsalted Butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Lemon Juice
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Grated Lemon Peel
Direcciones
- Cream butter and 1 c. sugar in a mixer bowl. Add in Large eggs and mix well. Add in dry ingredients and lowfat milk; mix till smooth. Pour into a 9X5X3-inch greased loaf pan. Bake at 350F degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.
- Combine lemon juice, 1/3 c. sugar, and lemon peel in a saucepan and heat to a boil. Pour glaze over cake immediately after removing from the oven.
- Cold completely in pan. Slice and serve.
