  • 4 lrg Chicken breasts, boiled, boned and diced Mayonnaise for spreading consistency
  • 2 Tbsp. Durkees dressing Salt to taste
  • 24 slc Thin white bread, toasted on one side only
  • 1 bn watercress, stems removed
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
  • 3 ounce Bleu cheese
  • 1 tsp Onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lrg Avocado, thinly sliced
  • 16 slc Bacon, crumbled

Direcciones

  1. Combine chicken meat, mayonnaise, Durkees and salt. Spread chicken filling on untoasted side of 8 slices of bread. Cover with watercress. Combine cream cheese, Bleu cheese, onion salt, garlic salt, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Spread cheese filling on 8 slices of bread. Cover with avocado. Sprinkle with bacon. Place on top of first slices. Cover with remaining slices of bread, toasted side up. Cut into quarters.
