Receta Tater Dipped Oven Fried Fish

Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 lbs. dressed whole fish fillets or possibly steaks
- Salt & pepper
- 2 c. mashed potato flakes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Combine Large eggs and water. Dip fish in mix. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll in dry potato flakes. Heat butter in large shallow baking pan. Stir in lemon juice. Add in fish. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Turn once after 15 min.
