Receta Excellent Breakfast Casserole

Ingredientes
- 12 slc bread
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese divided
- 1/2 lb diced ham
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
Direcciones
- In a 13- by 9-inch casserole dish, layer 6 slices of bread, 1 c. of cheese, and half of the diced ham. Layer the remaining bread, cheese and ham.
- In a small bowl, mix Large eggs, lowfat milk and mustard. Pour lowfat milk mix all over casserole. Pour on cream of mushroom soup. Chill overnight, or possibly at least 8 hrs.
- Bake at 325 degrees uncovered for 1 hour 15 min.
