Receta Executive Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 6 med Potatoes
- 1/4 c. Melted butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. Grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Chives
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tbsp. White pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Paprika
Direcciones
- Scrub potatoes and pierce skins with a fork Place in a circle in the microwave, leaving space between. Microwave at high (100%) till tender, 24 to 26 min. When cold, peel and grate into a 3 qt casserole dish.
- Combine melted butter, grated cheese, chives, salt, pepper and lowfat sour cream.
- Blend well. Pour over potatoes and stir thoroughly. Dot top with 2 Tbsp. butter and sprinkle with paprika Cover with wax paper.
- Microwave at medium high (70%) till heated through, 6 to 8 min.
- Makes8 servings.
