Receta EZ Snapper with Lime & Cilantro Sauce. Dinner to the table in 20 min.
A light sauce (can add cream for more body) on a light fish. Great in summer, or add pasta for fall.
Ingredientes
- Ingredients:
- 4 snapper fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup heavy cream (optional)
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Preparation:
- Mix the oliv oil, garlic, onion, cilantro, lime juice, add salt & pepper to taste. (you can really do without the salt)
- Add the snapper filets & turn to coat. Allow to sit for 5 - 10 min.
- Bake at 425 for 10 - 15 min
- If you want to add the cream, emove the filets after cooking and poer the sauce in a pan, heat to a simmer & add cream. simmer, stirring for about 1 min. Remove from heat & pour over fish. (this is great over pasta)
