Ingredients: 8 ounce Unsweetened baking chocolate; 1 c. Salted butter,, room temperature; 4 lrg Large eggs; 2 c. White sugar; 2 tsp Vanilla extract; 1 tsp Almond extract; 1/2 c. All-purpose flour; 2 Tbsp. Instant coffee crystals; 1 pkt Semisweet chocolate chips

Ingredientes

8 ounce Unsweetened baking chocolate
1 c. Salted butter,, room temperature
4 lrg Large eggs
2 c. White sugar
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Almond extract
1/2 c. All-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. Instant coffee crystals
1 pkt Semisweet chocolate chips

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. In saucepan mix together baking chocolate and butter. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring, till almost melted. Remove from heat and stir till smooth. In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat Large eggs on medium speed till light and fluffy and light yellow in color. Add in sugar and blend on low till well mixed. Add in vanilla and almond extracts to Large eggs and mix well. Add in flour and coffee crystals and blend till smooth. Pour batter into pan and smooth the surface. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake on center rack 45-50 min till batter is set and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Don't overcook. Cold to room temperature and refrigerateabout 1 hour before cutting.
