Receta Fast 2 Alarm Chili

Ingredientes
- 1 lb medium grnd beef
- 1 lrg onion, finely minced
- 2 clv garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 tsp leaf oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 lrg green pepper, finely minced
- 1 x 19oz can tomatoes, including juice
- 1 x 19oz can kidney beans, well-liquid removed
Direcciones
- Place grnd beef, onion and garlic in large frying pan. Cook uncovered over medium heat, stirring often with a fork, about 10 min.
- As soon as meat is no longer pink, drain off fat. Sprinkle meat with the seasonings.
- Add in remaining ingredients and increase heat to medium high. Break up tomatoes with a fork. As soon as the mix comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium low. Boil gently covered, stirring occasionally for about 10 min to develop the flavours.
- Makes approximately 4 servings.
