Receta Fat Tire Ribeye

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 4 x (14-oz) ribeye steaks
- 1/4 c. garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bot Fat Tire beer
- 1/2 c. sweet soy glaze (see recipe above, reserve remaining glaze)
- 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- For the Sweet Soy Glaze:Combine all ingredients for glaze except soy sauce in a small pot and heat to boiling.
- Keep boiling mix for 10 to 15 min till all sugar granules are melted and mix begins to look like clear corn syrup.
- Chill the mix till temperature lowers to about 125 degrees (use a food thermometer and be extra careful when handling warm sugar), that takes about 15 min. Add in soy sauce.
- Fat Tire Marinade:Combine all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil and meat in food processor or possibly blender; blend. While blending, add in oil in a small stream to create an emulsion.
- Pour mix over steaks. Cover and chill for at least 4 hrs.
- Throw away marinade and put the steaks on the grill, grilling to desired doneness.
- Drizzle remaining sweet soy glaze over grilled steaks and serve.
