- 2 lb seedless green or possibly red grapes cut small bunches
- 2 pt strawberries
- 1 x honeydew melon peeled, sliced
- 1 x cantaloupe peeled, sliced
- 6 med apricots halved, pitted
- 4 med kiwifruit peeled, sliced
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. brown sugar - (packed) Fresh white currants if you like
Direcciones
- Arrange fruit on large platter.
- Mix lowfat sour cream and brown sugar. Garnish with currants. Serve with fruit.
