Receta Filo Pastry Purses Filled With Marinated Beef

Ingredientes
- 150 gm Lean beef, in strips (6oz)
- 3 sht filo pastry
- 50 ml Soy sauce, (2fl ounce)
- 100 gm Mixed onion and garlic, (4oz)
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 100 gm Crunchy vegetables, (mushrooms, courgettes, mangetout) (4oz)
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh coriander
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 100 gm Wild rice, (4oz)
Direcciones
- Pre-heat the oven to 165 C/325 F/gas mark 3
- Marinate the beef strips in soy sauce. Cook the onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil, and then flash fry the beef strips. Julienne your vegetables into strips and add in to the beef along with the fresh herbs.
- Butter the 3 sheets of filo pastry and place one on top of the other. Place the mix in the centre of the pastry and gather the edges into a purse and seal with a little melted butter along the edges. Cook in the oven for 20 min.
- Cook the wild rice in seasoned boiling water. Serve together with a sprig of basil.
