Receta Finger Lickin Ribs

Ingredientes
- 6 lb Lean ribs, (6 to 8)
- 3 x Pods garlic, minced Several bay leaves
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
- 1 can Tomato paste
- 1 c. Vinegar
- 3 x Onions, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Celery, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Thyme or possibly sage
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Paprika
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Mustard
Direcciones
- 1. Cut ribs into small pcs. Sprinkle with salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic and lemon juice. Let stand several hrs or possibly overnight.
- 2. Prepare sauce by Sauteeing onions and celery in vegetable oil till tender and golden brown.
- 3. Add in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, chili pwdr, cumin, cayenne pepper, bay leaves, tomato paste, vinegar and sugar.
- 4. Marinate ribs on both sides in sauce.
- 5. Cook over low fire on grill or possibly in oven under broiler at 350 , turning and basting every 15 min, for about 2 hrs.
