Receta First Moon Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce divided
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch divided
- 2 1/2 tsp sugar divided
- 1 x garlic clove pressed
- 2 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut 1" squares
- 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 lb fresh broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil divided
- 1 med onion chunked
- 1 sm carrot cut diagonally into thin slices
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 lb fresh snow peas trimmed, and cut in half
Direcciones
- Combine 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. sugar and garlic; stir in chicken. Let stand 15 min.
- Meanwhile, blend remaining 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tsp. sugar and vinegar with 3/4 c. water; set aside. Remove flowerets from broccoli; cut into bite-size pcs. Peel stalks; cut diagonally into thin slices.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in warm wok or possibly large skillet over high heat. Add in chicken and stir-fry 3 min; remove.
- Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in same pan. Add in broccoli, onion, carrot and red pepper; stir-fry 3 min. Add in snow peas; stir-fry 2 min longer. Stir in chicken and soy sauce mix. Cook, stirring, till sauce boils and thickens.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
