Receta Flambeed Bananas

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar juice from half a lemon
- 2 x banana, halved, skin on
- 1/4 tsp grnd ginger or possibly 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 ounce booze, (rum or possibly scotch)
Direcciones
- While someone melts the butter in a frypan over medium heat, halve the bananas, leaving the skin on. Add in the brown sugar and lemon juice to the pan and stir.
- Lay the bananas in flesh side down and cook for 3 min. Flip the bananas over and sprinkle with ginger. Cook for 2 more min, then add in the booze. Tilt the pan to let the booze catch a flame and flambe. Serve when the flame has died out.
