THIS WAS A RECIPE I HAD HANGING AROUND I MADE IT SEVERAL TIMES MY FAMILY MEMBERS RAVED ABOUT SO UNTIL NOW I AM STILL MAKING IT.

- 1 CUP (2 STICKS) BUTTER @ ROOM TEMPERATURE
- 2 CUPS GRANULATED SUGAR
- 2 1/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1 CONTAINER( 8 OZ) PINEAPPLE OR ORANGE YOGURT
- 1TSP VANILLA
- 1/2CUP 10X SUGAR(NONE AS CONFECTIONERS SUGAR)
- 1-2 TBSP LEMON JUICE

- PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES . GREASE AND FLOUR A 1O''(12) CUP BUNDT OR TUBE PAN
- BEAT TOGETHER BUTTER, SUGAR FLOUR, BAKING SODA ,SALT , YOGURT EGGS ZEST OF EITHER A LEMON OR AN ORANGE AND THE VANILLA AT LOW SPEED IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL WELL BLENDED INCREASE SPEED TO MEDIUM , AND BEAT 3 MINUTES MORE THEN POUR INTO PREPARED PAN
- BAKE IN PREHEATED 325 * OVEN FOR 50 -60 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTH PICK INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN,
- THEN TRANSFER PAN TO A WIRE RACK AND COOL FOR
- 15 MINUTES, THEN TURN CAKE OUT ONTO THE RACK
- TO COOL COMPLETELY.
- WHEN CAKE IS COMPLETELY COOLED, WHISK TOGETHER
