Receta Four Oriental Salad Dressings
These are all great with mixed greens, carrot slivers, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

Ingredientes
- Copycat Benihana's:
- 1/2 cup soybean oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 3 tbs. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- Mikatori's:
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbs. water
- 2 tbs. minced ginger
- 2 tbs. minced celery
- 2 tbs. ketchup
- 1 tbs. + 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 ts. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Creamy:
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
- Vinaigrette:
- 3 tbs. honey
- 2 tbs. rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp. soy sauce
Direcciones
- Behihana's: use a blender to process the ingredients to desired consistency.
- Use a jar with a lid to shake the other three dressings to blend.
- Refrigerate several hours.
