Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 lb beef brisket, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 lb lean pork, grnd
- 1 lrg onion, minced finely
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil salt and pepper to taste
- 3 clv garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. diced green chilies
- 8 ounce tomato sauce
- 1 x beef bouillon cube
- 12 ounce Budweiser beer
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. chili pwdr (or possibly 6 tblspif desired)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. grnd cumin
- 1/8 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp brown sugar
- 1 pch oregano
Direcciones
- In a large kettle or possibly Dutch oven, brown the beef, pork and onions in warm Wesson oil. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Add in remaining ingredients.
- Stir well. Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hrs, till meat is tender and chili is thick and bubbly. Stir occasionally.
