Receta French Herb Bread

Ingredientes
- 7/8 c. (7 ounce.) water
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil, (I used Canola)
- 1 x Egg
- 3/4 tsp Salt, optional
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Oregano, dry
- 1/3 tsp Basil, dry
- 1/3 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 c. Bread flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Rapid or possibly quick yeast
Direcciones
- (Note: The directions said: "If using the 'green can' Parmesan cheese, omit the salt." Well, I use the 'green can' Parmesan cheese so omitted the salt.
- Next time I shall include the salt! I don't have a way of measuring 1/3 teaspoon of anything, so had to guess with the herbs......we found which my 'guessing' was a bit off.....I shall increase the herbs a GREAT DEAL next time.....! Good luck!)
