Receta French Onion Baked Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. No Fat French Onion Dip
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x 3-4 pound frying chicken, cut in 8 pcs, skinned
- 1 c. Crushed low fat butter flavored crackers
- 1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350. In small bowl stir together onion dip and lowfat milk.
- Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish. Spoon dip mix over chicken pcs. Sprinkle crushed crackers over chicken; drizzle with butter.
- Bake for 50-60 min or possibly till chicken is fork tender.
- Variation: Add in 1 tsp. dry parsley flakes to crumb mix.
