- 6 x pcs mahi-mahi at 6 ounce. each
- 1/2 c. Raspberry Vinegar
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 c. cream Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Rub the butter on bottom of the baking dish, arrange the fish in the dish.
- Pour the vinegars & cream over the fish, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cover with parchment paper, bake in oven at 450 12 min.
