Receta Fresh Greens With Honey Jalapeno Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1/4 tsp Finely-shredded lime peel
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 dsh Grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 c. Salad oil
- 2 tsp Minced jalapeno pepper
- 4 c. Salad greens
- 1 lrg Orange
- 2 Tbsp. Sliced almonds toasted
Direcciones
- In a blender container combine lime peel, lime juice, honey, and nutmeg. With blender running, add in salad oil in a steady stream through opening in lid. Add in jalapeno pepper; blend just till combined. Cover and chill.
- At serving time, place greens in a bowl. Using a sharp knife, remove and throw away peel and white membrane from orange. Thinly slice orange; quarter each slice. Add in orange and almonds to greens. Drizzle with dressing; toss.
