Receta Fresh Orange Cranberry Juice Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 pkt Lemon-flavored gelatin, 3 ounce (or possibly raspberry-flavored)
- 2 x Oranges, peeled and cut into bite-size pcs (aprx 1c)
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Nuts, minced
Direcciones
- Heat cranberry juice cocktail to boiling. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin. Refrigeratetill the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Mix in orange pcs and juice, lowfat sour cream, and nuts. Refrigeratetill hard.
- Yield: 4to 6 servings.
