Receta Fresh Vegetable Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro or possibly parsley
- 1/4 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp dry crushed red pepper
- 1/8 tsp freshly grnd pepper
- 1 dsh salt
- 2 sm ears of corn
- 1 sm sweet red pepper
- 1 sm sweet yellow pepper
Direcciones
- Combine butter and next 5 ingredients, and set aside.
- Cut corn into 1-inch-thick rounds, and peppers into 1 1/2-inch squares; alternate on skewers. Brush with butter mix. Grill over medium coals, basting occasionally, 10 to 15 min. Serve with remaining butter mix.
- Yield: 2 servings.
