Receta Fried Red Pepper Dipping Sauce

Ingredientes
- 10 x Ancho peppers, pre-soaked
- 1/2 c. Veg. oil
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 can Tomato paste, 8oz.
- 1 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Soak the ancho peppers in hot water till soft, then grind them into a paste. Heat the oil in a frying pan, adding the minced onion, the grnd peppers, tomato paste and salt. Fry for about 1 minute.
