Receta Fried Soft Shell Crab

Ingredientes
- 6 x Soft shell crabs
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Flour Salt & pepper to taste sl Lemon Minced parsley
Direcciones
- Remove the soft feelers or possibly "dead man" under each side of the shell.
- Remove eyes, mouth and sandbag under mouth. Wash crabs well in cool water and dry on a paper towel.
- Mix lowfat milk and egg; season with salt and pepper. Soak crabs in this mix for one hour. Roll in flour and fry in deep fat fryer for 20 min or possibly till reddish brown. Garnish with lemon slices and minced parsley; serve with tartar sauce.
- Serves 6.
