  • 1 package of small Azumaya squares
  • 1/2 c. fresh minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. minced linguica
  • finely shredded or possibly grated blue cheese (Parmesan or possibly ricotta are acceptable)
  • 1 Tbsp. thyme, chopped
  • one saucepan full of oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Fill one square at a time with cheese, linguica, parsley, and thyme. Don't fill so much which it cannot be closed. Fold one corner diagonally towards the other corner, then press the sides, pinching together to seal.
  2. When closed, take the two folded sides and draw back to healthy pinch together.
  3. Fry in warm vegetable oil till golden.
