Receta Pasta With Creamy Green Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb spaghetti">linguine or possibly thin spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lrg sweet onion, minced
- 1Â 1/2 c. green tomato puree*
- 1 c. whipping cream
- Â Â salt, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. whole black peppercorns
- 6 Tbsp. minced sundried tomatoes (to 8 tb.)
- 3 Tbsp. minced parsley, (3 to 4)

Direcciones
- Prepare linguine or possibly spaghetti according to package directions.
- Heat butter in a heavy saucepan. Add in onion; sauteeuntil transparent. Add in green tomato puree and whipping cream. Salt to taste. Simmer till sauce is thickened. While sauce is cooking, coarsely crush peppercorns in a mortar with a pestle.
- Drain linguine or possibly spaghetti. Toss with sauce. Sprinkle each serving with crushed peppercorns, sundried tomatoes and parsley.
