Ingredientes
- 1 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs
- 2 sqr melted chocolate
- 2/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 x Large eggs, separated
- 2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 1/2 gal On butter pecan or possibly other flavor ice cream
Direcciones
- Heat butter & chocolate. Add in sugar, egg yolks, nuts & vanilla. Beat egg whites till stiff; fold into chocolate mix. Spread crumbs in bottom of 9x14-inch pan. Pour chocolate mix over crumbs & freeze 2 hrs. Spread softened ice cream over chocolate & sprinkle wafer crumbs over top. Freeze till serving time.
