Receta Fruit Salad Rice Dessert

Ingredientes
- 1 can Fruit cocktail 1 Pound 1 ounce size
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Slivered almonds
- 1 c. Cold Whip

- Drain fruit cocktail, reserving liquid. Add in sufficient water to make 1 c..
- Place liquid in a 1 1/2 qt casserole. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at high (100%) till liquid boils, 2 1/2 to 3 min. Stir in rice and sugar.
- Cover. Let stand 10 to 12 min. Stir in fruit cocktail and nuts. Chill.
- Just before serving, mix in Cold Whip.
- Makes 6 servings.
