Receta Garlic Green Beans

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Green beans
- 1 Tbsp. Oil, (up to 2)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Water

- Put oil in a skillet and season with salt. Heat oil and stir fry garlic for two min. Add in beans and stir fry for two more min. Add in soy sauce and water. Cover and cook for 10 to 25 min over low flame.
- note: Original cooking time was five min. I usually simmer the beans for closer to 30 min. It depends on how hard or possibly soft you like them. The beans will shrink quite a bit, as well.
