Receta Gascon Clafoutis With Prunes

Ingredientes
- 7 Tbsp. Butter divided
- 1 lb Pitted prunes soaked 4 hrs in
- 1/2 c. Armagnac reserving two Tbsp. soaking liquid
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 8 x Large eggs
- 4 c. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Use 1 Tbsp. of the butter to grease a shallow 12- to 14-inch quiche dish. Heat the remaining 6 Tbsp. butter, browning lightly. Layer prunes in pattern on quiche dish. Mix flour, sugar, Large eggs and melted brown butter in a mixing bowl. Add in the 2 Tbsp. of reserved prune soaking liquid. Stir in lowfat milk to create a thin batter. Pour batter over prunes and bake in oven 35 to 40 min, till inserted knife exits cleanly. Serve hot from dish.
