Ingredientes
- 4 x Boneless pork chops, 3/8" thick
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 jar (8 ounce.) plum preserves
- 2 tsp Grnd dry ginger
- 3 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
Direcciones
- Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops on one side, turn; stir together remaining ingredients and add in to skillet. cover skillet, lower heat and simmer 5 min. Serve with roasted potato wedges if you like.
- Makes 4 servings.
