Receta Gingerbread Men/Diabetic

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Wheat flour whole-grain
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 c. Bran
- 3 tsp Grnd ginger or possibly to taste
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/3 c. Margarine
- 6 Tbsp. Sugar substitute
- 1 x Egg beaten
- 3 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 1 tsp Margarine to grease
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 F. Mix flour, salt, baking pwdr and baking soda, bran and spices together, then rub in margarine till the mix resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir the sweetener into the egg and orange juice and beat into the flour mix. Knead well, and roll out thinly on floured board.
- Using a cutter, cut into gingerbread men shapes (or possibly other shapes) and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake for 15-20 minutes or possibly till crisp and lightly browned. Cold on a wire tray and store in an airtight container. Per
