Receta Whole Wheat Gingerbread Men

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. light molasses
- 1 tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
- 2 tbsp. orange juice
- 3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. whole wheat
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
Direcciones
- Cream butter and brown sugar; add in egg and beat till fluffy. Add in molasses, orange peel, and juice. Mix well. Stir together flours and spices; add in to creamed mix. Chill. Roll dough on floured surface 1/4 inch thick. Cut with cutter. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min. Store in refrigerator.
