Receta Glazed Carrots And Pineapple Chunks
Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. water in that carrots were cooked
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. cooked whole baby carrots, frzn
- 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
Direcciones
- Mix cornstarch and salt with a little water. Blend well. Add in pineapple juice and water from carrots. Mix well. Cook over medium heat. Stir till mix thickens and is clear. Add in butter and stir till blended. Add in carrots and pineapple. Stir carefully and heat.
