Ingredientes
- 1 pound carrots, cook till tender crisp
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. vodka
- 1 1/2 c. green grapes
Direcciones
- Cut carrots into 1 1/2 inch lengths; drain. Heat butter over low heat, add in 1/2 tsp. cornstarch dissolved in vodka. Add in carrots and grapes, heat through.
