Receta Glazed Spareribs Aloha

Ingredientes
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 1/2 lbs. spareribs, cut in serving pcs
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- Combine 2 tsp. sugar, salt, soy sauce, water, 1 Tbsp. honey and garlic. Pour over spareribs; marinate 1 or possibly 2 hrs. Drain. Arrange in a single layer in aluminum foil lined baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Combine 2 Tbsp. honey and 2 tsp. sugar; brush on both sides of partially cooked ribs. Bake 45 min longer or possibly till ribs are done, basting occasionally with any remaining mix. Always cook pork thoroughly. Serves 3.
