Receta Godfather's Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Grnd beef
- 3/4 c. Bread cubes
- 1 can Tomatoes with green chiles (Rotel)
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten Salt & pepper
- 4 slc Boiled ham
- 6 slc Mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar (15.75-ounce) spaghetti sauce
Direcciones
- Mix tomatoes, bread crumbs, Large eggs, salt & pepper with meat. Pat out in a rectangle shape. Arrange 4 slices of ham on meat, leaving a 1-inch margin on edges. Arrange 4 slices cheese over ham. Roll up in a jellyroll fashion.
- Place seam side down in casserole. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 20 min or possibly till done. Drain off grease. Put rest of cheese on top & pour spaghetti sauce over meatloaf. Bake till cheese melts.
