Receta Gold Country Chili Southern

Ingredientes
- 3 1/3 lb Chuck, cubed
- 8 ounce Beer
- 1 1/3 med onions, minced
- 1 1/3 Tbsp. Cumin
- 2/3 Tbsp. MSG, if needed
- 5 1/3 ounce Tomato sauce
- 1 1/3 tsp Salt
- 2/3 c. Warm water
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/3 Tbsp. Paprika
- 47/250 tsp Cyaenne
- 6 2/3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
Direcciones
- In skillet, brown meat with rendered fat till grey. Place meat with juices in a Dutch oven. Saute/fry onions till translucent/soft, add in to oven. Add in the remaining ingrediants, NOT THE CHILI Pwdr, simmer over low heat for 2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender. Stir frequently. Now add in the chili pwdr and stir in well. Turn off for at least 1 hour so which all the flavor of the spices is absorbed. After 1 hour turn heat on and cook for 30 min to 1 hour. Serve with French bread. J. Scammell*P BMTH06A 3/16/92 9:33pm
