Receta Grammy's Brazilian Squash

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked & mashed butternut squash
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Little pepper
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk or possibly heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Combine squash, salt, pepper, sugar and cream. Place in greased baking dish. Heat together butter and brown sugar; add in cinnamon and nuts. Cook 3 min till nuts are coated, stirring constantly. Sprinkle on squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Serves 4.
