Receta Grandma's Macaroni Salad
This recipe is not of my making (it's Grandma's) but my entire family loves it, I think you will too.
Ingredientes
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/8 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard
- 1/2 small white onion
- salt
- black pepper
Direcciones
- cook macaroni per instruction on the box.
- drain macaroni and rinse under cold tap water.
- dice onion.
- dice hard boiled eggs.
- in a bowl place onion, macaroni, eggs, mustard, mayonnaise, and miracle whip.
- add salt and pepper to taste.
- stir all ingredients together until macaroni is well coated and well dispersed.
