Receta Grandma's Rice Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Fresh grnd pepper
- 1/4 c. grated Cheddar, save for the top
Direcciones
- In medium bowl beat egg. Add in rest and mix. Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole baking dish. Spoon in mix. Smooth top. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6. Microwave: Save sprinkle Cheddar. Bake 8 min. Stir, rotate and sprinkle. Bake 5 min.
