Receta Granny Kellogg's Jello Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (small) lemon jello
- 1 pkt (small) peach jello
- 2 c. Miniature marshmallows
- 1 can (#2) crushed pineapple, liquid removed, reserve liq
- 4 slc Bananas
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Flour, rounded
- 1 x Egg, beaten Reserved pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. Oleo (margarine)
- 1 lrg Cold Whip, container
Direcciones
- Dissolve each package of jello per box directions. while still hot add in marshmallows till jello is covered, add crushed pineapple and sliced bananas. Let jello harden.
- Make topping: mix together sugar, flour pineapple juice and 1 beaten egg and 2 Tbsp. of oleo. cook over low heat, stirring constantly till thick. Add in 1 large container of Cold whip to cooked topping and spread over hardened salad.
