Receta Granola Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. raisins or possibly minced dates
- 1 c. nuts or possibly coconut
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan or possibly 9x13 inch pan.
- Mix sugar, oil and Large eggs till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients. Pat into pan proportionately. Bake 15-20 min till set, but not hard. Cold 15 min. Drizzle with Honey Glaze. Cold completely. Cut into bars.
