Name: Grasshopper Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients: 1/4 c. Melted Butter; 1 c. Chocolate Cookie Crumbs; 4 pkt (3 Ounce) Cream Cheese, Room Temp.; 2/3 c. Sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 1/4 c. Cream De Menthe; 2 tsp White Cream De Cocoa Chocolate Lowfat sour cream; 4 ounce Semi Sweet Chocolate, Or possibly Lowfat milk Chocolate; 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream, Room Temp.

Ingredientes

1/4 c. Melted Butter
1 c. Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
4 pkt (3 Ounce) Cream Cheese, Room Temp.
2/3 c. Sugar
2 x Large eggs
1/4 c. Cream De Menthe
2 tsp White Cream De Cocoa Chocolate Lowfat sour cream
4 ounce Semi Sweet Chocolate, Or possibly Lowfat milk Chocolate
1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream, Room Temp.

Direcciones

Chocolate Crumb Crust:1. Combine crust ingredients and press onto bottom and sides of pie plate.
2. Beat cream cheese till smooth, in large bowl.
3. Blend in remaining filling ingredients and pour into crust. Bake 40 min in a preheated 300 degree oven. Cold.
Topping:1. Heat chocolate over warm water or possibly on a very low heat.
2. When melted, remove from heat and blend in lowfat sour cream.
3. Spread over surface of cooled pie and chill till hard. (At least 5 hrs before serving.)
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
