Receta Grated Zucchini Pesto Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 x 16-inch pizza shell
- 2 lb Zucchini*
- 3/4 c. Pesto
- 2 x Garlic cloves, peeled/chopped
- 1/2 lb Mozzarella, shredded
Direcciones
- *Washed, trimmed, grated or possibly shredded, and squeezed dry in a dish towel.
- 1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees for 30 min for a pizza pan or possibly 60 min for pizza tiles or possibly stones.
- 2. Combine the zucchini, pesto, garlic, and mozzarella in a large bowl.
- Spread the mix over the dough shell.
- 3. Bake in a preheated 500 degree F oven for 10 to 15 min, or possibly till the crust is golden brown. This pie is delicious warm or possibly cool.
