Ingredientes
- 6 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Combine lowfat milk, sugar, butter and salt in a large pan. Bring to a boil, add in rice and simmer for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min. Beat Large eggs and vanilla. Add in to the pudding and remove from the fire.
